I feel a little like a super hero this weekend, minus the hero part. It has been crazy. Let me tell you a little about what I did.
Grocery shopping, got the oil changed, made three sets of cloth napkins, marked all of my items for sale for Saturday’s party, cut a bunch of apples, got all of the supplies for the party, glued the cork on the back of some coasters, went to the mall for some leggings….oh yeah, and that was all Friday after work. phew. I’m already tired!
But, that’s not all. Saturday was the big home party, so I headed over to Amanda’s to set up and enjoy some time with friends. We had a great time and a good showing. I sold two of the napkin sets I made Friday, so I was glad I had taken the time to do that! I still have two left, so this will be up soon (unless I decide to keep the red ones for myself!) I also made some nice tile coasters this week and sold a few…I have a few left to put up in the shop as well.
Right after the show, I came home and got to babysit my friend’s baby who is 8 months old…she is sooo cute! We had a great time clapping our hands and making all of those noises an 8-month old likes to do. Last night I took a sewing break and played video games instead.
And of course today after church it was back to sewing to finish up another blanket and some pillow cases. I don’t have any of those pictures yet, but they’re coming…I promise!
